  • Ingredients

    Seedlip Garden 108: 50ml

    Verjus: 15ml/0.5oz

    Cloudy Apple Juice: 20ml

    Bees Wax Cordial: 20ml*

  • Glass & Garnish

    Wine Glass

    Garnish with Cut Honey Comb

  • Method

    Stir

    *bees wax cordial

    500g honey on comb

    500ml hot water

    in a pan heat until the wax has dissolved.

    allow to cool and strain.
