Three Ways to Make a Non-Alcoholic Martini Cocktail

When it comes to cocktails, the Martini cocktail is a grand dame behind the bar. Despite the phrase “shaken not stirred” made famous by the Vodka Martini cocktail in popular films, the Martini cocktail is a classic that needs only a simple stir for the ingredients to come together. I. THE CLASSIC
Our take on a classic Martini cocktail using Seedlip Garden 108
INGREDIENTS
Seedlip Garden 108: 40ml
GLASS & GARNISH
Coupe or Martini glass
Lemon twist & Olive on a stick
METHOD
Short stir over ice & strain
II. PEATINI
A Martini cocktail with a shrub base. Shrubs add interest and a complexity of flavour to a cocktail. We’re a big fan of peas at Seedlip and this shrub matches perfectly with the pea top notes in Garden 108.
INGREDIENTS
Seedlip Garden 108: 60ml
Sugar Snap Pea Shrub: 30ml
GLASS & GARNISH
Coupe glass
Pea on a pick
METHOD
For the Sugar Snap Pea Shrub (makes 400ml):
Combine 250g of Sugar Snap Peas, 1x Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar, 1x Cup of White Sugar.
Finely slice 250 g of Sugar Snap Peas & Pods
Muddle sliced Sugar Snap Peas with 1 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar and 1 cup of White Sugar in a jar
Leave overnight before straining & bottling.
For the Peatini
Combine Seedlip Garden 108 and your Sugar Snap Pea Shrub to a mixing glass full of ice
Stir & strain
III. ESPRESSO MARTINI
A twist on a classic we all know and love. The rich flavour profile of Spice 94 can handle the depth of espresso coffee. If desserts aren’t your thing, but you’re looking for an elegant way to finish off a dinner party, make an Espresso Martini cocktail with Seedlip.

Fresh Espresso: Single shot
Sugar syrup: 1/2 oz
