  • Ingredients

    Seedlip Garden 108: 2 oz

    Simple Syrup: 1/2 oz

    Lime juice: 3/4 oz

    Club soda: Top

    7-10 Mint leaves

  • Glass & Garnish

    Highball glass

    Fresh mint sprigs

  • Method

    Add all ingredients minus club soda in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice

    Shake & strain over fresh cubes of ice in a tall glass

    Top with soda and garnish with fresh mint sprigs
