Spiced Pumpkin Soda
Spice 94
Move over Starbucks, there's a tastier spiced pumpkin drink in town! This is a great way to use up that leftover filling from your carved pumpkin. The sweet pumpkin flesh is warmed by the addition of fresh ginger. A little spice, a little fizz and a twist of citrus to enjoy on a crisp autumnal day.
Ingredients
Seedlip Spice 94: 2 oz / 60 ml
Ginger and Pumpkin Shrub*: 1 oz / 30 ml
Soda water: Top
Glass & Garnish
Highball
Lemon twist
Method
Fill highball glass with ice
Pour Seedlip Spice 94 and Shrub over the ice
Top with soda water
Gently stir and garnish

Fresh ginger: 150 g (peeled)
Pumpkin flesh: 400 g
Cider vinegar: 2 cups
Caster sugar: 2 cups
Add all ingredients to mason jar and muddle. Leave for 24 hours in the fridge. Fine strain before serving.
