Move over Starbucks, there’s a tastier Spiced Pumpkin drink in town. This is a great way to use up that leftover filling from your carved pumpkin. The sweet flesh is warmed by the addition of fresh ginger.

Move over Starbucks, there’s a tastier Spiced Pumpkin drink in town. This is a great way to use up that leftover filling from your carved pumpkin. The sweet flesh is warmed by the addition of fresh ginger.

  • Ingredients

    Seedlip Spice 94: 50ml

    Ginger & Pumpkin Shrub*: 30ml

    Top w/ Soda

  • Glass & Garnish

    Highball full of ice

    Lemon Twist

  • Method

    Build & Stir

    *Ginger & Pumpkin Shrub:

    Fresh Ginger: 150g (Peeled)

    Pumpkin: 400g (Peeled)

    Cider Vinegar: 2 cups

    Caster Sugar: 2 cups

    Add all ingredients to a mason jar & muddle. Leave for 24 hours in the fridge. Fine strain.
