Ingredients
Unfiltered Apple Juice: 30ml
Lemon Juice: 15ml
Maple Syrup: 15ml
Soda Water: 90ml
Glass & Garnish
High Ball
Apple Fan
Method
Add all ingredients except soda water to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake & strain into a chilled highball glass
Top with soda & add fresh ice.
Garnish with an Apple fan
