Sugar Syrup: 1 Tsp
Soda: Top
Glass & Garnish
Highball full of ice
Garnish w/ Sprig of Thyme

Build
*Add 10-12 mint leaves & 100g Sliced cucumber to 375ml of Verjus and leave overnight. Strain & store in fridge.
