For this recipe we blend our Seedlip Garden 108 with Fermented Apple & Pear Kefir soda and a bit of honey. Perfect for those Winter evenings at home.
Ingredients
Fermented Apple & Pear Kefir soda*: 85ml
Honey: 1tsp
Glass & Garnish
Combine all the ingredients in the glass wth cubed ice
Garnish wth Pear slice
Method
*Add three tbsp of water kefir grains [Activated], 1.5ltr warm filtered water, three tbsp organic sugar to a sealed jar & leave for 24 hours. Strain the kefir. Keep the liquid. Pour liquid into flip top bottles, add a pinch of sugar & a handful of thinly sliced Apples & Pears. Wait one to two days & store in a warm dark place. Open the lid once daily.
