  • Ingredients

    Seedlip Grove 42: 2 oz

    *Rhubarb Cordial: ½ oz

    Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic: Top

  • Glass & Garnish

    Wine Glass

    Rhubarb ribbon

  • Method

    Fill glass w/ ice.

    Add all ingredients to glass.

    Top w/ Tonic.

    Stir.

    *Combine 3 chopped sticks of fresh rhubarb, 8 oz hot water & 1 cup Caster Sugar. Leave to infuse for 2 hours. Filter & refrigerate
