A nice, warm Toddy is a holiday season classic. This recipe uses Seedlip Spice 94, honey for sweetness, and tart Lemon juice for balance. Mixed together with hot water and served in a mug, this drink is satisfying to wind down with on any cold evening, or make a batch after dinner as a digestif.
Ingredients
Seedlip Spice 94: 60 ml / 2 oz
Honey: 15 ml/ 1/4 oz
Lemon Juice: 15 ml / 1/4 oz
Hot Water
Glass & Garnish
Glass mug
Lemon slice
Method
Add Seedlip Spice 94, honey, and lemon juice to a mug
Top with boiling water and stir until the honey has dissolved
Garnish with a lemon wheel
Serve hot
