About our partners:

Orms

Orms began as a small operation in founder Mike Ormrod’s garage in 1996. His vision to bring photographers the best in photographic gear and services still stands today, and with the added power of excellent service, passionate employees and access to the world’s very best, Orms has grown into the photographic giant South Africa knows and loves. Orms Cape Town School of Photography is the ideal place to start if you’d like to pursue a career in photography, or if it’s time to level up your craft and up skill. Orms CTSP also hosts exhibitions, workshops and fascinating talks by international and award-winning photographers.

mFulaWozi Wilderness Nature Reserve

The dream for mFulaWozi Wilderness Private Game Reserve began in 2010 when Barry Theunissen was working on a house project for the Mthembu community with iNkosi Mthembu. Whilst overlooking the tribal land, Barry suggested to iNkosi that they establish a game reserve, and iNkosi jumped at the idea. It became their desire to form an environmental node that they could protect and preserve in an endeavour to create a sustainable income for the local people. More than 11 years down the line, that dream has fully come to fruition, and in a grander way than they could have ever imagined, contributing to both the preservation of the wilderness, conservation of wildlife, and socio-economic upliftment of the surrounding previously disadvantaged communities.
