Ingredients

Seedlip Spice 94: 60 ml

Fresh Grapefruit Juice: 30 ml

Fresh Lime Juice: 15 ml

Simple Syrup*: 15 ml

Soda: Top

Glass & Garnish

Highball

Grapefruit Peel

Method

Add all the ingredients except the soda into a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake & strain into a highball glass.

Top w/ soda & add fresh cubes of ice.

Garnish w/ a Grapefruit peel.

*Simple Syrup: Warm equal parts water & sugar over a medium heat. Stir until dissolved. Let cool
