  • Ingredients

    Seedlip Garden 108: 2 oz

    Apple Cider Vinegar: ½ oz

    Lemon Juice: ½ oz

    Elderflower Cordial: 1 oz

    Soda Water: Top

  • Glass & Garnish

    Highball

    Garnish: Fresh Herbs (your choice)

  • Method

    Add all ingredients other than Soda Water to a shaker.

    Add ice & shake

    Double strain into a highball over ice.

    Top with Soda Water & garnish with Fresh Herbs
