Overview

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for delivery. However, in extreme cold weather conditions some addresses may not be reachable as most delivery companies do not provide temperature control services. If this affects your order, we will issue a refund in each case and advise you of a local partner Seedlip retailer for ease of purchase.

We deliver to most locations across the United States for a set delivery charge of $5. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order.

Deliveries are made by USPS, UPS or Fedex and take 3-5 days for delivery dependent on location. Sunday deliveries are unfortunately not possible.

UPDATE ON SHIPPING DELAYS:

Due to COVID-19 and an influx of orders, our carriers have been experiencing delays in delivery. We strive to fulfill orders between 5-7 days, but carrier delays outside of our control could add to you the time it takes for your order arrive.

After orders have been placed, package scans from our carriers may be delayed. As a result, orders may not show tracking for a few days – even when your order is already on the way. Please allow extra time for tracking updates and final delivery.

In rare cases, you may not have tracking visibility – orders may arrive before tracking becomes available.

Information

Customers will be sent an email with delivery information from our fulfillment partners at the time of shipping. This notification will include shipment tracking information.

We recommend that Seedlip is shipped to commercial (business) addresses. This ensures the product arrives safely and securely, and also protects the product from freezing in the winter. This is also recommended as a precaution to avoid doorstep thefts.

Seedlip is a non-alcoholic spirit, which makes it susceptible to freezing in extreme cold weather. As a result, shipping lead times to some locations may be longer than usual during winter months (December – March).

Refunds

Please contact us at seedlipusa@diageo.com for refund information. 

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this, it is over 30 days and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at seedlipusa@diageo.com.

Changing Your Order

If you'd like to change or remove an item from order, please contact us at seedlipusa@diageo.com as quickly possible for assistance.

We will make every attempt to revise your order. However, once the order is fulfilled it cannot be changed.

Cancelling an order

We can only cancel an order if it hasn't been processed by our fulfillment partner. Orders must therefore be canceled within 30 minutes of being placed.

If orders are placed after business hours, we cannot guarantee that orders will be cancelled prior to fulfillment.
